Timilen Company Guarantees any of our software products to be free of defects or bugs, fully functional and compatible when used with the above operating systems. Our guarantee is limited to the replacement of any defective software only. We are not liable for any aspects or consequences concerning the use and or misuse of our software. The buyer is purchasing the right to use the software under the terms of our licensing agreement and does not own the software. The buyer does not have any rights to copy or in any other fashion distribute, reverse engineer, de-compile, or duplicate our software products. The majority of our software products have a trace code imbedded into the executables to allow instant registration upon purchase and to prevent software piracy. Any bootleg copies or illegally obtained copies of our software can be traced back to the original purchaser using this imbedded code. Pirates be advised!
We go to great lengths to ensure that the information about each and every software product is fully disclosed in the details page of any software product so buyers are advised to preview the details of each software product fully prior to purchasing. Buyers are advised to send us an email asking questions about any software product when there is any doubt concerning a particular use of our software that is not disclosed in it's details page.
